When I was in high school I loved writing and being creative. Before I decluttered all my school work, it was nice to see all of the effort I had put into decorating front pages of essays. On one item I had drawn tiny individual leaves to frame the page, covering about one third of it. Reading through my short stories and book reviews it reminded me that I enjoyed that process of research and creation and that I wanted to do that again.

So here I am, facing a fear and doing something that I used to love and hoping to love again.

Oh, and I’ll make a few mistakes along the way. I already posted this half way through writing – but we live and learn!
